It organically combines technological innovation, technological transformation, and product structure adjustment, continuously innovating products to occupy the market. Currently, the company's main product, metal composite panels, accounts for more than 50% of the domestic market share. The fundamental reason for occupying the market is the high technological content and good quality of products.

Reporter: How does the company adhere to technological innovation and continuously develop new products to meet new market demands?

Wang Diancan: Only when there is market demand can there be product production. Our company is a typical integrated scientific research and production enterprise, and our innovative philosophy is "I have what I have, I am superior to what I have". The company has established a research institute and technology center for metal composite materials, responsible for the research and development of new products. Some core technologies collaborate with experts from universities to jointly solve problems. The company develops new products to meet different market needs, thus the company grows and grows like a snowball.

The technology of large-area explosive welding for producing metal composite plates is our company's independent intellectual property. In production practice, it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, water conservancy, power, and environmental protection. The "Jinglei" metal composite plate produced by the company has been applied to national large-scale projects such as the Three Gorges Power Station, Ertan Power Station, and Xiluodu Power Station, meeting the high difficulty of practical needs and leading the domestic industry in technological innovation. At present, the company has applied for and obtained more than 40 technology patents, with an annual new product rate of over 40%.

Wang Diancan: Technological innovation talents are the key, and the company always regards talents as valuable assets of the enterprise. Wang Diancan: Products need to be sold in the market to reflect economic benefits, and enterprise technological innovation and achievement transformation must revolve around the market. I lead a team to conduct market research, seize opportunities, place orders, grasp market demand, and expand market space all year round. In the Three Gorges Power Station Project and the West East Gas Pipeline Project, our metal composite materials have replaced imported products and are widely used in the manufacturing and installation of major equipment; Our company's high-quality products are used in major oil and gas field projects and most modern salt production equipment in China. Earlier this year, our company won the bid for the Xiluodu Hydropower Station project and undertook all the supply of metal composite materials. The company implements full order production without any backlog of finished products. Currently, the company's products have a market share of over 50% in the domestic market, with output value and revenue exceeding 2 billion yuan.

Reporter: What are the company's development goals during the 12th Five Year Plan period?

Wang Diancan: Our permanent goal is to strengthen and expand our enterprise. During the 11th Five Year Plan period, our company invested 500 million yuan in capacity expansion and technological transformation. The annual production capacity of metal composite plates increased from 6000 tons to 60000 tons, and the annual production capacity of heavy technical equipment increased from 3000 tons to 30000 tons. During the 12th Five Year Plan period, enterprises will seize opportunities, seize the commanding heights of a new round of development, and build China's largest research and production base for environmentally friendly explosive welding metal composite materials; We will focus on three areas: "energy-saving and environmental protection industry", "high-end equipment manufacturing industry", and "new material industry", further enhance characteristic industries, promote the linkage of new industrialization, agricultural modernization, and urbanization, and strive to achieve the goal of a total industrial output value of 5 billion yuan by 2015.
